Based in Beechwood, NSW, I welcome clients from Wauchope, Port Macquarie and the surrounding Mid North Coast who are seeking relaxation, emotional balance and a deeper connection with themselves.

What is Reiki Energy Healing?

Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy healing practice that works with the body’s natural energy system to encourage balance, relaxation and wellbeing.

Our energy can become affected by stress, emotional experiences, life changes and the challenges we carry. Reiki supports a sense of calm and allows space for release, grounding and renewal.

Each session is different because each person is different. Your experience is guided by what you need most in that moment.

My Approach to Reiki

As a Reiki Master Teacher (Level 3), I combine Reiki, crystal therapy and intuitive energy work to create a deeply personalised healing experience.

My sessions are gentle, nurturing and intuitive, providing a safe space where you can relax, receive and reconnect with yourself.

There is no need to arrive with expectations or have everything figured out — simply come as you are.
