What happens during a session?
Your session includes:
1. Consultation
We begin with a conversation about your life, current challenges, intentions, and the questions you would like explored.
2. Hypnosis Journey
You are gently guided into a relaxed hypnotic state where deeper awareness can be accessed.
3. Exploration & Healing
We explore what arises and connect with your higher wisdom to receive answers, guidance, and healing.
4. Integration
We discuss your experience and support grounding and reflection after the session.
How long is a session?
A full QHHT session is a deeply immersive experience and generally lasts 3–4+ hours. Each session is unique, so the exact timing can vary depending on what unfolds during the process and how much guidance comes through.
It’s recommended to allow the rest of your day afterward for integration, reflection, and rest, as many clients feel deeply relaxed or energetically shifted after their session.
Will I lose control?
No. You remain aware, safe, and in control throughout the session. QHHT is a deeply relaxed state, similar to the moments before sleep, where your conscious mind softens while your awareness remains present.
Can everyone be hypnotised?
Most people can enter hypnosis when they are open, relaxed, and willing to trust the process. The key is not “trying hard” — it is allowing yourself to relax and surrender into the experience.
What if I can’t go under?
This is a common concern. Hypnosis is a natural state that most people experience daily. My role is to gently guide you into that relaxed state in a safe and supported way.
How should I prepare for my session?
