What happens in your session
Your session begins with a gentle, welcoming conversation about what’s happening for you and what you’d like guidance or support with. There’s no pressure to have the right words or know exactly where to begin. As we connect, I’ll also tune into the energy around you and notice what comes through intuitively.
We’ll begin with Reiki and energy healing to help you settle, relax and reconnect with yourself. We’ll then use tarot and intuitive guidance to explore what may be coming up for you, always moving at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive.
You don’t need to arrive with a perfect question or have everything figured out. We’ll simply work with whatever feels most important for you on the day, and you’re always welcome to share only what feels safe for you to share.
You’ll have a full 90 minutes of one-to-one time with me in a calm, private space where you can feel comfortable, supported and free to be yourself. My intention is for you to feel listened to, respected and held throughout your session.
