What Are Earthbound Spirits & Entities?
Earthbound spirits and entities are forms of spiritual energy that remain attached to the Earth plane. While often referred to as ghosts or negative energy, they are more accurately understood as energetic presences that have not moved on.
What Are Earthbound Spirits?
Earthbound spirits are believed to be the souls of people who have passed away but have not yet crossed over into the light.
A soul may remain earthbound for many reasons, including:
Sudden, traumatic, or unexpected death
Strong emotional attachment to loved ones or places
Unfinished business or unresolved emotions
Not realising they have passed
Fear or uncertainty about crossing over
Not all earthbound spirits are negative. Most are simply confused, lost, or unaware they have died. Existing in a limbo state, they may unintentionally draw energy from people or environments because they no longer have a physical body to restore their own energy.
Signs of Earthbound Spirit Energy in Your Home or Workplace
Homes and workplaces can hold energetic imprints that affect wellbeing. When an earthbound spirit is present, you may experience:
Ongoing fatigue or feeling drained
Headaches, nausea, or heaviness
Emotional shifts that feel unfamiliar
Disrupted sleep or low mood
Sensitive individuals may even feel physical sensations linked to how the spirit passed, such as headaches, body pain, or discomfort in specific areas. Every soul carries a unique energetic signature—some feel light and gentle, while others feel dense or heavy.
What Are Entities?
Entities are different from earthbound spirits. An entity is an energy that has never had a human existence. These energies are often denser and more disruptive and are commonly experienced as negative or oppressive.
If entities remain in a home or workspace, they can impact physical health, emotional well-being, and mental clarity. In some cases, entities may attach to a person, causing persistent exhaustion or discomfort.
